1 Can we sell on Ebay?
a. An Ambassador may not sell or facilitate the sale of Product on Internet websites where an auction or other method is the mode of selling or buying (e.g., eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc.). (Section 7.i.7)

2 Do we have to submit advertisements for approval?
a. An Ambassador must submit all Sales Tools to the Company Compliance Department for approval prior to use. (Section 7.b)

3 Can we list prices online?
a. Selling of Plexus Products on the Internet may only be done on a Company Licensed Websites (Ambassador Replicated Website). (Section 7.l)

4 Can we have our own website?
a. No Ambassador may independently design a web site that uses the name, logos, or product descriptions of the Company or otherwise promotes (directly or indirectly) Plexus products or the Plexus opportunity, without the express written consent of the Company. Due to the alteration available with a website, any changes will result in negation of previous approval. (Section 7.k.1)

5 Can we put our paychecks on line?
a. Because the success of any Ambassador depends largely on the personal efforts of that Ambassador, the Company prohibits Ambassadors from posting financial gains. (Section 5.a)

6 Can we have one account for us and one for our business?
a. The Company's restrictions against multiple Beneficial Interests ensures that (i) all efforts by an Ambassador to build his or her Ambassador Business are focused on a single Ambassadorship and not diluted through the demands of multiple Ambassadorships; and (ii) the Upline receives the full benefit of the Ambassador's efforts. (Section 4.g.3)

7 Can I belong to another MLM?
a. An Ambassador is prohibited during the term of the Contract from promoting or selling in any Authorized Country any non-Company brand ingestible or topical products, which have the same core intellectual properties as the company. (Section 2.e)

8 What is the difference between Cross Company Recruiting and Cross Line Recruiting?
a. Cross Company refers to recruiting existing Ambassadors to another MLM and Cross Line refers to recruiting existing Ambassadors to another sponsor within Plexus. Cross Company Recruiting-If an Ambassador did not personally sponsor another Ambassador on his or her Frontline, he or she is prohibited, during the term of the Contract and for one (1) year following the date of termination of the Contract, from Recruiting that Ambassador to sell or purchase products or services other than those offered by Plexus (Section 2.k). Cross Line Recruiting- Sponsoring, or a solicitation to Sponsor, indirectly or otherwise, an existing Ambassador (or anyone with a Beneficial Interest in that Ambassador's Ambassadorship)(Section 2.j and Appendix A).

9 What are the rules for medical claims?
a. An Ambassador may not make any express or implied health or medical claims of any kind relating to any Product except for those claims, if any, that are published in Company literature approved for the country in which the claims are presented. (Section 7.c)

10 Can we sell products lower than listed?
a. Product must not be sold lower than the Company's Suggested Retail price plus reasonable shipping and the amount the Company charges for, taxes and handling of the Products. (Section 7.l)

  • DON'T EVER say you can't! (I CAN'T means I Certainly Am Not Trying!!)
  • DON'T take it personally when people won't try the product
  • DON'T EVER give up!
  • DON'T stay in your comfort zone
  • DON'T prejudge anyone
  • DON'T make medical claims
  • DON'T use disease names- only symptoms
  • Don't post personal specials or promotions you are doing yourself- only the ones by corporate.  You CAN tell people privately about any specials you are doing.
  • Don't add your Plexus website or any extra wording to anyone's testimonial.
  • DON'T hesitate to ask your Sponsor and Upline for help
  • DON'T hesitate to ask compliance for help if you're unsure about anything:  email: compliance@plexusworldwide.com
  • DON'T be a distributor in an MLM that sells a competing product.  If you are a distributor for an MLM that doesn't sell a competing product, don't recruit anyone except from your first level and don't post on Facebook if you're posting about Plexus!
