When is the best time to use a 3-Way Call?

When you've invited someone to review our business using one of the Tools, and they show interest in the products or the business and have questions that you can't answer, this is the perfect time to set up a 3-Way Call with your Sponsor or Upline.

You can tell them something like this:

"I'd love to tell you more but I'm brand new and don't know everything.  Would you mind talking to my team mate who knows a lot more than I do?  They can answer all your questions and then I can learn at the same time!"

You can tell a little something about your Sponsor or Upline- maybe tell a little of their story and what they've accomplished.

If it's someone who is more business-minded and is possibly wanting to join the business, say something like

"I'd love for you to talk with one of the top leaders in our company.  You can hear her story and I think you'd find it interesting.  Can I introduce you to her?" 

Then call your Sponsor or Upline and see if they are available to do a 3-Way Call with you.  If they can't do it just then, ask them for a window of time they will be available, then get with your friend and see what is the best itme for them, then call your Sponsor or Upline back and "schedule" that time with them.  It usually takes no more than 15 minutes for a 3-Way Call, but if the friend has a lot of questions, it could take longer.

What is a 3-Way Call?

If you have a friend who is interested in Plexus but has questions that you don't know how to answer, you can use a 3-Way Call with your Sponsor or Upline to answer their questions.  You can use this from Day One to start building your team!

A 3-Way call allows you to get off to a fast start, since you won't have to know everything there is to know about the business and products right off the bat- you just call someone who does!  And while you may be just starting the products and not have a testimonial yet, your Sponsor or Upline who has been using the products longer, usually does!

It is also a learning experience, because as you do the 3-Way Calls with your Sponsor or Upline, you're learning how to answer questions and respond to objections.

A 3-Way Call system will allow your team to grow quickly, as they can start using these from the first day they sign up if they have someone interested!
